For cancellation in more than 21 days before arrival, you will be refunded the full amount.
For cancellation within 21 to 7 days prior to arrival, retained 50% of the total reservation cost.
For cancellation within 1 to 7 days prior to arrival, retained the overall cost of the reservation.

All older children or adults are charged EUR 20 per night and person when using existing bedding.

| VictoriaMon 22 Oct, 2018 | New stylish hotel, hospitable owner, sea viewsIt was the best hotel in our Cycladic trip and in the same time it was the cheapest one even if Naoussa is enough expensive place. - We stayed in the small Economy room on the ground floor but it was cosy, new, comfortable, clean, light and with everything we need. There were kettle and minimum set of dishes in the room cause breakfast is provided for an extra fee. There were also nice little things - mosquito netting, wet wipes, dish towel, table lamp. As a girl, I really appreciated two big mirrors with good lighting. There was a fridge in our room (although it isn?t visible on the photos of the room), TV and air-condition (for free). The bathroom had a new sanitaryware and a spacious shower. No humidity in the room despite of the sea near the hotel. Wi-Fi worked good. - The hotel is new and stylish. Each room has its own table with chairs/sofa on the common terrace (ground and 1st floors) or a balcony (2d floor). Everything is in perfect order, lots of flowers and beautiful sea views cause the hotel is situated on the hill right near the sea, so all terraces face it. - The hotel is situated in the nice residential area 5 minutes by foot from the city center, but you have to go uphill on the way back - difficult in the heat. The bus stop is 10 minutes by foot but the central Naoussa station is about 15 minutes. There is a good beach without lots of people right under the hotel (3 minutes walk). The small supermarket is in front of the hotel so you can buy some products for the breakfast. - It?s a family hotel represented by Dimitra ? friendly and helpful girl, who welcomes guests with a tasty compliment - juice and cookies. She cares about the hotel very attentively and she?s almost always at the reception. There were also some small disadvantages: - Traditional Greek problem is a shower without a shower cabin, only with a small glass wall that covers it in half, so sometimes we flooded the floor in the bathroom. - The door of our room (and it was also our window) faced the terrace shared with another room (but only one cause it was ground floor), so we had to keep the window closed for our privacy. - The bed of our Economy room was small and clutched between three walls, although there was a useful niche with a mini-window above the bed. - We needed the second bin in the room (it was only in the bathroom). - Unpleasant smell in the kettle, so we didn?t use it. In general we liked Katerina mare and if we will return to Paros we will stay again there! Efharisto, Dimitra! | 5 |
